Join us as we celebrate Canada Day at Diefenbaker Park, Kirkland House, and Chalmers Park! Thank you to our incredible community service groups for assisting in making this year's event the best one yet! 

Diefenbaker Park, 10 am - 1 pm

The party kicks off at Diefenbaker Park with cake cutting and official ceremonies, hosted by the Tsawwassen Boundary Bay Lions Club!

Kirkland House, 12 - 4 pm

Join us for children's activities and general festivities for people of all ages!

Chalmers Park, 3 pm - 10 pm (hosted by the City of Delta in partnership with the North Delta Lions Club)

3:00 pm – Parade | 3:30 pm – 10:00 pm – Festival | 4:00 pm – Official Ceremonies | 9:00 pm – Live Music | 10:00 pm – Fireworks

Join us for a full-day of food and entertainment, including a parade, roaming entertainers, children's performers, face painting, Mehndi, live music, and, to top off the celebrations, fireworks!

Here's a few of the performers joining us at Chalmers Park: O’Brien School of Irish Dancing, Just For Kicks School of Dance, Folks Star Arts Academy (Bhangra performance), Magician Mike Norden, The Lucky Trappers (Irish Fiddlers), Curtis (the Science Guy),  Jessica Yue (Chinese Dance), Coastal Wolf Pack, Soulstream, and Zox of the Forest.

Parade

The parade will begin at 114 Street and 82 Avenue in North Delta, heading west towards 112th Street. The parade will then head south along 112th Street, finishing in front of Burnsview Secondary School.
